chicken whoopie pie chicken

i'm trying to convince mark to let me buy a chicken. or a rooster but i think i'd prefer a chicken. a live one. as a pet. my main argument? "we dont have any fish anymore!" apparently thats not a sound argument. i feel like i'd be a good mommy for a chicken. i'd also never ever ever be able to eat chicken again.

i made whoopie pies this morning. i burned this shit outta my thumb cause i accidentally used a wet towel to take the trays outta the oven.. the bakingsheet slid onto the bottom of the oven (ya know where the heating element it) and i was like oh no o h no oh no.. i didn't want my pies to burn! grabbed a new towel reached in there. small fire. all in all got the woopie pies out and everything turned out okay.

really though, i should totally get a chicken.

oh but they respond to your heartbeat and know that you're their "parent" and they're oh so amazing blah blah blah..

chickens are so much cooler. and if you get a rooster you can have homegrown eggs. come on now chickens always win out lol
