texting without a doubt. whenever i call someone i feel like i could be interrupting something important and i dont want to do that. when i text they can get back to me whenever they want. plus it's all written together on my phone so i can see what the heck we were talking about.
if i could figure out a way to text the applicants at work instead of calling them - i would opt for that. i dont think the dean would like that too much though. it's not enough coddling and hand holding.
