(no subject)

I'm being pinned down by a sleeping baby.  When I tried moving earlier, nap time ended abruptly and cranky time began.  I don't want that again.  So, instead, I balance my laptop on my leg and type one handed.  It's cool, I don't need food or drink or to go potty or anything.

I'm actually incredibly lucky and I know that.  I've said it to a few people but it bears repeating.  Ziva knows we have no idea what we're doing so she's very good to us and treats us very nicely.  She usually only wakes up twice overnight and will eat and fall right back asleep.  She's been getting really good about sleeping in the bassinet at night.. sometimes if she's super cranky (or we're really tired) she'll randomly end up in my arms.  We do have snuggle time in the bed from 8am-10am so that way we can sleep longer and I'm perfectly fine with that.  Daytime naps are generally in a swing or in my arms.  If I try to transfer her during the day thats when she wakes up.  So I leave her.  She's young enough at this point, I'm not worried.

I also declared today pajama day.  Really, cause I don't feel like going upstairs and getting dressed.  Ziva doesn't seem to mind at all.  She likes her pjs so she's not complaining. 

Okay, I slowly broke my arm free.. shes still sleeping.. life is good :)
