im sitting here with my arm in a giant bowl of water in a lot of pain mainly cause im a moron.

i was sauteeing some zucchini as a side dish with our mexican pizzas. i was throwing it in the pan and didnt realize how freaking hot the oil was and how much zucchini i was throwing in. big big splash. mark watched it happen and said it looked painful.

oh boy was he right.

cooper keeps randomly running over and barking at me and looking like he's saying "what'd you do? can i go in a bowl of water too??"

i'm definitely much better this morning. mark went crazy with taping and bandaging so i wouldn't get ointment on the bed. i feel like one big band-aid probably would've been fine - the burn is just really spread out.

it feels much better already this morning. the bandages were definitely overkill.. i just didn't want to get any ointment on the bed and mark went overboard with bandaging and taping up my arm
