bad luck or weird coincidence?

Kahtleen Coronna - NYC Upper East Side resident who was hurt at the 1997 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.  The Cat in the Hat balloon fell into a lamppost which landed on her head putting her into a 24 day coma.  

Wednesday, Oct 11.  A plane flown by NY Yankees pitcher Cory Lidle crashes into the side of a high-rise apartment building.  Her building.  The engine landed in her bedroom and her whole apartment burnt down.  Luckily, she wasn't home.

very odd.  poor lady.  i'd move outta NYC.
