(no subject)

Mark and I both called in sick today. We're not sick we both just wanted a break from work. We went back to bed and somehow slept until noon. We showered, packed, ate a long lunch, and now we're headed out to PA early. Well, once Mark is done packing.

When I came back downstairs at noon, Cooper was really confused. He was super excited but groggy and half asleep and didn't know what the hell I was doing up there. He's still watching us carefully. I guess he's not comfortable with us being around during the day. Or at least not trusting of us. Silly puppy.

Mackenzie's b-day party tomorrow. Chuck-e-cheese in Wilkes-Barre. Yep, 3.5 hour drive for a kids bday party with a mouse. Jeanette put me down as a kid so I get tokens and can play everywhere. I'm sure it'll end up being interesting, I'm just currently not looking forward to a bunch of screaming kids. Went to Toys R Us at like 1pm yesterday - between the heat, the extreme choices for babies/kids/toddlers and the crying kids tantruming around the store -they should bottle that and sell it as birth control .

Okay, off we go.
