Banana Bread
Jan. 4th, 2009 12:01 amI made banana bread last night - I only need to bake 25 more things this year. At the supermarket they always sell produce thats on its way out for 99 cents for a crapload of it. So I got about 15 bananas they just have light spots on them - half of them were barely ripe enough to eat. About five were perfectly ripe for baking though so I was planning on making a few loaves and freezing them. Two problems with that: we have about 1/4c of flour left and I dont feel like buying more and we have no room in our freezer. At all. Like theres 4 little pierogies floating around in there that I was just thinking of throwing away since there's no room for them. So I made one loaf and I'll figure out something to do with all the rest of the bananas.
I smell like smoke because even though NY is smoke free morons feel the need to smoke in bars and no one says anything. I hate that. I really really do. Blech on you smokers.
