Jun. 8th, 2008 05:53 pmin the oven is some baked mac and cheese cookin' up.
i really dont know how to make baked mac and cheese. i've made it one other time about a year and a half ago i remember it was right after we bought the house but hadnt moved in yet and it was really bad.
hopefully this time it doesn't turn out as bad. i made it with a lb of pasta and its a crap load of mac and cheese. i pretty much stuck in a lil bit of every cheese i could find - slices of american, shredded fresh swiss, some parm from a can, and then a crap load of the mexican cheese mix we get from costco. i used a lot of cheese. this isn't healthy in any way shape or form. and if it was pretending to be healthy, once i topped it with some bread crumbs and dabs of butter, well that health word just went all to shit.
hopefully it at least tastes good so i can throw the leftovers into our lunches for the next few days. can baked mac and cheese be frozen? or would it turn out weird when it defrosted? hmm..
