the phones are getting busier. and i'm getting annoyed at customers easier.
oh joy.
mark has an appt with a surgeon guy today to see if he needs surgery. i hope he's gonna be okay.
luckily i have 2 drs appointments this week so i get to miss out on some work - although the friday appt is at 8:30am. what a crappy way to start a friday! i'll probably end up being early for work which isn't fun either. oh well.
