smoke alarm
Aug. 28th, 2006 10:18 amat around 2:45-3:00 am last night the smoke alarm starting going off. no idea why. it was just apparently in a bad mood.
mark and i stumbled outta bed and set the fan up to blow whatever it was away from it. which was pretty easy considering anytime you do anything more than just boil water on the stove the smoke alarm goes off.. so at least we had the plugging in of the fan down pat. then we thought it wasn't a good idea to just leave it on while we went to bed in case there was an actual fire. so we shut it off.
the smoke alarm went back to bed but i kept tossing and turning all night long thinking the building was burning down. it didn't help that our bedroom got stupid hot at one point.
